The sound indicator in the current Orion does not have a fade in/out animation. This means that on websites which have constant sound droppings, it will seem to flicker constantly. A fade in/out animation timer is needed.
Also, it seems that the animation function which made the animation ease out and ease in were unwittingly removed.
Rename to "fade out/in" sound popup icon.
