Steps to reproduce:
When attempting to click and drag a url form the top it fails to let you drag the link to a bookmarks bar folder. In addition, I cannot easily edit the bookmark bar folders from the bar, I am force to go to Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks. Plus when you go into a sub-folder from a bookmarks bar top-level folder you cannot edit or rename the links in the sub-folder.
Expected behavior:
I was hoping for a similar experience to Safari. You have greater flexibility to move links around, rearrange and edit folders from the broswer window instead of going to the menu to edit.
