[Kagi Safari Extension] Limit website access

It would be neat if you could limit the browsing history access to only relevant sites (which are probably: Google, Ecosia, DDG, Yahoo and Bing). Just a peace of mind thing for users cause atm it's set to every website.
Noticed you can do it when installing Sponsor Block, it looks like this for them:

In safari you can limit which websites an addon has access to. Atm the Kagi theoretically has access to anything the user does so I thought it might be neat if you could shrink down that scope a bit to only the search engine ones it uses to redirect

Kai Not sure how that works in Safari, but extensions in Orion had this feature since the beginning.

You can manage extension permissions per website already.

I'll let you find it and comment whether this needs to be exposed better.

It’s not about Orion though, it’s about the safari extension for Kagi (you told me to put that here).

And in Safari you can define the list of sites in can access on build time (it’s a plist thing I think)

Kai The extension is not accessing any websites, but just the address bar.

The address bar can be opened with any website though. So still not sure what is the ask and what problem does it solve?

Note that the extenion itself is open source and you can even submit a PR.
