Steps to reproduce:
I use BetterTouchTool to drag/resize windows with a keyboard shortcut + mouse. This works on the Orion toolbar but not when the mouse is hovered over the webkit view.
Install BetterTouchTool and under Standard Settings -> Window Snapping and Moving -> Moving and Resizing Modifier Keys and enable moving windows via a keyboard modifier.
Expected behavior:
With mouse over the webkit view, can use keyboard modifiers to move the entire window.
