Provide options to cycle tabs in recently used order when a tab is closed

In Orion currently, you have the option to cycle through tabs in most recently used order when it comes to using the Ctrl+Tab feature. However, when you close a tab, you seem to be moved to the tab either to the left or the right of the tab you just closed (I have tried a few times but I can't come up with much of a rhyme or reason as to which one it ends up being). I'd love to see an option in the preferences so that when you close a tab, you're switched to the most recently used tab before that, and so on.

I second this issue, it would be better to have predictable tab switching in recently used order rather than whatever the current implementation does.

The tab-switcher ui already has an option for customising tab order. This option can be decoupled from tab switching and used both here and for tab switching, without the need for introducing anything new.
