When importing bookmarks from other browsers the import process overwrites existing bookmarks sometimes. It would be great if there is a "merge or overwrite" prompt

    It overwrites? I thought it just added them to a new folder?

      When importing bookmarks from another browser in this instance, chrome, the new bookmarks over wrote the existing ones.

        Vlad the issue is at times, there are bookmarks that you've collected in the recent past that you want to merge with bookmarks from the distant past that you hadn't imported yet. so when you import the distant ones, sometimes the process overwrites the recent ones.

            Bladiko What does overwriting bookmark mean? Seems nothing is lost?

            Perhaps you want a feature to import only non-duplicate bookmarks?

                Vlad overwriting means all the bookmarks that were there were deleted and unavailable only remaining with the newly imported ones.
