Steps to reproduce:
Scroll to the bottom of a long page, scroll up quickly and let go. While the page keeps scrolling without your input due to the simulated momentum, tap the "Find in page" button.
Expected behavior:
The find in page menu appears, allowing one to enter a query and search the page, presumably without affecting the scrolling animation in the background.
