As per Mac app, set Homepage URL and allow Homepage to be Start Page. Alternatively, set URL for Start Page.

Vlad I’m not OP, but I imagine it would look similar to the UI on Firefox for iOS. It’s just a simple selection with one of the options as a text box where you type the URL.
