Can we have an option so that clicking the scroll wheel on any element that opens a website, opens in it a new tab?

Clicking links with the scroll wheel on a website already opens it in a new tab but I'd prefer that everything opens in a new tab when the scroll wheel is clicked, including bookmarks, home page button etc.
Basically, if it takes you to a webpage it should also have the option to be opened in a new tab with the scroll wheel like most other browsers function.

Imagine you want to open a bookmark item in a new tab or just your home page in a new tab. First you have to open a new tab with cmd+t and then click the home page button in the menu bar. That's infuriating. Simply clicking the button with the scroll wheel should automatically open a new tab with the page.

Here you go, sorry the the long delay:

    • Back and forward buttons (and keep history?)
    • Home button
    • New tab button (even though left mouse button opens one, but for continuity)
    • Bookmark items (but not folders as that could leads to lots of tabs being opened - perhaps a checkbox in options to allow this?)
    • Reading list items

Those are all the UI elements I can find that makes sense.

Amplificator Thanks, that will do it! And thanks for sponsoring this issue!

Hi, when I click on the history drop down menu, and middle click a website, it opens in the current tab. Is this supposed to happen? Was hoping it would open in a new tab.
