In my experence Webkit in the last few months has been unstable and crashing a lot, happens in Safari 15 and Orion, I am not sure why, but I noticed that in Orion when Webkit crashes nothing happens, but in Safari the webkit is relaunched and then the page is reloaded, sure it is annoying but it is nicer.
Also I am not sure why webkit is so bad right now so my suggestion is an idea to make the experience better for when that does happen...
