Steps to reproduce:
Additional info:
- Tab will always add to bottom of the pin tab list, no matter where I release it on top of the pin tab area
- Drag pinned tab out to non-pin area does not work
Expected behavior:
- Grey box should not show
- Should insert where I release
- If drag-in work, drag-out should work too.
