Extension is overridden by another extension

Steps to reproduce:
I have several extensions installed :

Bitwarden,
SimpleLogin
Dark Reader
Zeeguu
Wallabager
Bypass Paywalls

After installing IMTranslator extension (Firefox extension), the Bitwarden extension (Firefox extension) disappeared.
(Re)installing Bitwarden doesn't solve the problem. Bitwarden doesn't display in the Toolbar. If I right click on a form, I can see the Bitwarden menu but it displays IMtranslate's menu (see screen capture)

Bitwarden still appears as an installed extension in the Tools > Extensions menu. But if I disable it, it disables IMtranslator instead.

Expected behavior:
I expect all my extensions to stay installed and remain functional, no matter how many/what other extensions I install.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
MAC OSX 12.3.1 (21E258)
Version 0.99.114-beta (WebKit 614.1.12)
MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021)

Yes, I confirm this is still an issue in Version 0.99.114.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.12).

Here is a video I have recorded.
You can see how at the beginning Bitwarden is installed and useable (my ID has been redacted to xxx@xxx for the purpose of the video). Once I install IMtranslator, Bitwarden doesn't appear as an installed extension anymore (00:32) and can't be used anymore (00:40), while IMtranslator works well and can detect the language of the text I want to translate.

Once I reinstall Bitwarden, I can use it again, but IMTranslator doesn't work anymore and isn't installed anymore (1:32)

The only difference I see with the behaviour I've described above is that reinstalling Bitwarden does now solve the problem. And Bitwarden doesn't appear as an installed extension once IMTranslator is also installed.

I have just tried a workaround successfully :

If I install Bitwarden from the Chrome store, and IMTranslator from Firefox, the two extensions work no problem.
I have tried the opposite scenario (Bitwarden extension from Firefox and IMTranslator from the Chrome store), but the IMTranslator extension doesn't seem to be supported by Orion yet.

So my understanding is that it is a compatibility issue between firefox extensions.
