I could have sworn this was already implemented at some point but I can't find a report about it.
Currently there is no warning if you click outside the report/suggest modal form popup thing (where I am writing now) - it just disappears and you lose whatever you were writing. I keep losing my progress accidentally.
Should be a prompt to confirm closing and losing whatever is written or not.
