Steps to reproduce:
- have extensions (e.g. Bitwarden), observe that they work
- kill OrionWebContent, perhaps because it's using 100% CPU
- observe that extensions no longer work (e.g., Bitwarden spins forever)
Expected behavior:
Extensions continue working if OrionWebContent is killed and restarted.
