KeepassXC-Browser extension not suggesting any credentials

Steps to reproduce:

Install KeepassXC and KeepassXC-Browser extension
Connect browser extension to KeepassXC by using the Connect button in the extension
Configure custom browser configuration in KeepassXC (see image below)
Try to fill credentials on any website

Observed behavior:
KeepassXC-Browser does not suggest any credentials for any website.

Expected behavior:
KeepassXC-Browser should show a list of credentials for the current website and fill it in after selecting.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 0.99.113.1
macOS 12.3 on MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021)

I can confirm this happens for the Firefox version of KeePassXC as well as Chrome.

Further, none of the keyboard shortcuts for KeePassXC work in Orion. I can at least confirm they work in Chrome / Chromium. (Perhaps I should open a separate bug report for that?)
