Bitwarden/Session buddy extension conflict

I have tried to add the firefox extensions of session buddy and bit warden. Session buddy is nowhere to be seen except it's icon is in the toolbar, but it doesn't work. Bitwarden is in the list when I click on 'customise toolbar' but when I drag the icon into the toolbar it changes to the icon for session buddy. Clicking on it does nothing.

I seem to have the same problem as OP.
Strangely enough, the conflict is with another similar extension called Tab Session Manager (both bitwarden and TSM are installed from the Firefox store.)

Not only do I experience the same conflicts described as OP, but it seems like one extension actually replaces the other, as both cannot be accessible, nor do they seem to be installed, at the same time.
