Steps to reproduce:
<Include steps to reproduce the bug; Did you try using Compatibility mode? If applicable, does Safari behave in the same way?>

I have tested with both Bitwarden (Chrome), and uBlock Origin (Chrome)

Both extensions behave like normal except when loading any pages from a local IP address. Bitwarden works like normal in Safari, uBlock Origin isn't available in safari.

When on a tab with a local IP page loaded the extensions menus will not open. When checking the "Extension Permissions" under page settings all extensions show "disabled". The drop down menus for each extension will allow you to change them to "allow", but they still dont work, and when opening the page settings again they have reverted back to "disabled".

I have tried;
-Compatibility Mode
-Adding the pages to the extension settings under preferences and setting them to "Allow"
-Disabling "Automatic HTTPS upgrade"

Expected behavior:
<What you expected to happen?>

The extensions should work like normal unless manually set to disabled in the page settings.

    This seems to have been fixed. uBlock and Bitwarden work as expected when accessing local IP-addresses.
