Global environment variables not set popup

Steps to reproduce:

0. log in to https://canary.discord.com
1. go to https://canary.discord.com/channels/@me/user_id, where user_id is an actual valid id
2. observe a popup like this (it doesn't always happen):
   

Expected behavior:
no popup

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Device: 2020 13" M1 MacBook Pro
OS: macOS Monterey 12.2.1 (Build 21D62)
Orion: Version 0.99.112.1-rc (WebKit 613.1.12)
