Steps to reproduce:
While playing sound via a web player (i.e. SoundCloud, YouTube), heavy CPU load (i.e. compiling a large C++ project) causes stuttering if you're lucky. Sometimes the audio buffer seems to freeze up and loop over and over. Pausing the music, it takes a few seconds for the sound to stop. It sounds like the audio buffer isn't getting computed in time. Browsers like Chrome and Firefox use high-priority or realtime threads for doing some audio-related work. Is it possible that such a feature is not enabled in Orion?

Expected behavior:
I am able to listen to music on SoundCloud while compiling a C++ project (Safari and other browsers do this just fine).

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
0.99.112-beta, 12.1 (21C52), 14" M1 Max
