I noticed that when I use "Save As" for any download, the folder will be treated as default download folder for my next download. This is not an expected behavior in my opinion - just that I want to save a specific picture to a specific folder doesn't mean I want to save all my downloads there as well, also, the "Save As" option itself already suggest that I want to save something to a folder that is different than usual, so making it as default makes less sense.
