Steps to reproduce:
Method 1:
Open a new tab
Hide the vertical tab bar
Type something in the tab bar
Show the vertical tab bar (img 1)

Method 2:
Open a new tab
Show the vertical tab bar
Type something in the tab bar
Hide the vertical tab bar (img 2)

Expected behavior:
The suggestions follows the position of the address bar
