Tabs are not reopened after restarting for an OS update

Steps to reproduce:

I have the “Orion opens with” setting set to “All non-private windows from last session.”
I had a bunch of tabs open in a single non-private window in Orion. The window was minimized into the Dock.
I restarted my computer to apply a macOS update. (I didn’t manually quit Orion; the system did that as it was restarting.)
When I reopened Orion after restarting, I was given a window with no tabs in it. The History → Reopen Last Closed Window menu option did not restore the tabs.

Expected behavior:

When Orion is reopened, and it is set to open with “All non-private windows from last session,” it should maintain the tabs the user had open.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

Orion 0.99.112-beta (WebKit 614.1.1)
macOS 12.2 and then 12.2.1
MacBook Pro, M1 Max

A similar thing just happened to me. I had a kernel panic while the computer was asleep (apparently an instance of this problem). When the computer came back up, Orion had no tabs open, and the “Reopen All Windows From Last Session” menu option was grayed out.

I have to say, my list of open tabs is very important data to me, to the point that this bug outweighs the nice parts of using Orion. It is possible to go through my history and reopen the pages that I think I had open before, but this is time-consuming and I’m not always sure which pages these were.
