PIP Chrome extension doesn’t work

Install extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picture-in-picture-extens/hkgfoiooedgoejojocmhlaklaeopbecg
Try to use it with youtube video
Expected behavior:
<What you expected to happen?>

The video should float (extension is made by Google, probably it uses custom chrome engine tricks to do that, so I dont expect that it will work, but I post it anyway)

Considering Orion has native PIP support, this issue is irrelevant. Orion should continue to improve extension support over time, but this extension is no longer needed. Can mark as nofix.
