Pressing "Send Feedback" on a new tab creates another new tab

Steps to reproduce:

Open a new tab.
Tap the 3 dots at the bottom right corner.
Tap "Send Feedback".
Tap "Yes". (Also, tapping cancel does not open Orion Feedback)

Expected behavior:
orionfeedback.org will open in the current new tab, not another tab.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
App version: 1.0.3.112-beta (WebKit 8613.1.16.0.4)
System version: 15.4.0
Device type: iPhone 12 Mini

Vlad added the Done tag and removed the Planned tag Mar 30, 2022.
