Steps to reproduce:
Simply load the Plex web player (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/) and Orion reloads page over and over.
Expected behavior:
Load page without constant reloads.
I started with the previous version of Orion and the Plex web player worked as expected.
Using default Orion configuration.
Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion: 0.99.112-beta (WebKit 614.1.1)
OS Version: macOS 12.2
Hardware type: MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)

Tried with "Compatibility Mode" and no difference.
It appears the non-logged into 'app.plex.tv' works just fine.
If you have an account and are logged in you experience the page reload issue.
I tried going to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ with a private window and, yes, no reload issue.
Went to the same page with my logged in account and the page continuously reloads.

This is happening for me also on an M1 Mac mini. CPU usage goes through the roof as well when this refresh disco is happening. And sometimes the page will crash with the message "The process for this web page crashed or was terminated." It works fine in the latest Safari.
This is also happening to me. Even with compatibility mode turned on, the website doesn't work at all and constantly reloads every few seconds. In Safari or other browsers, there are no issues with it.
Because of the instant-reload, it might be something that happens during first load. Because it's Plex, it will connect to various servers of your friends & family that are shared with you. Maybe these connections are the issue? Anyway yeah, what the User "jist" showed above is how it looks for me.
I have the same issue. Attached is the log on the console during loading, up until getting thrown back to the user selection. (I have multiple users set up, so I don't go into continuous reloading, instead the page always drops back to the user selection).
The server flyxmedia mentioned in the log is my local plex server.
Just updated to 0.99.113.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.5.7) and it looks like the page reload is gone.
