Steps to reproduce:
- Enter horizontal tab bar mode, if you are not in that mode.
- Unfocus the window.
- Notice that the text is not unhighlighted when unfocusing the window.
Expected behavior:
- The text should lose some contrast to indicate that the window has become unfocused.
