Bookmarks sidebar folder animation
In other words, sidebar should animate when clicking on the label in the same way it does when clicking on arrows

Clicking the arrows on the bookmarks bar induces the popup animation, but clicking the folder itself there is a slight delay then the folders open instantaneously. If you compare Orion 99.107 to Safari 15, Safari 15 still induces the "scrolling" opening animation when you click either the folder or the arrow. Orion should do the same, but it only induces the animation when you click the arrow. Last checked Orion 0.99.110
