Techcable iirc, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer-for-vimium-c/nacjakoppgmdcpemlfnfegmlhipddanj?hl=en does work. if you don't have vimium, u can just use it as an alternative pdf viewer, and it doesn't do anything with vim
