Steps to reproduce:

  1. With integrated content block and popup blocker.
  2. With uBlock (Firefox) and integrated popup blocker
  3. With uBlock (Firefox) and Poper blocker (Firefox)

P.S: Ignore the websites showed in the videos, was only for example purpose 😃
Expected behavior:
Prevent popup tab/window to show.

    I have recorded the behaviour on Chrome with uBlock Origin to show what should happen:


      Can you post URL and clarify the ask. are popups ntoe being blocked everywhere or only on a specific site?

        Vlad To clarify, there was a brief discussion surrounding this on the Discord yesterday. It seems like popups that open in new tabs or new windows are not blocked on Orion, whereas Firefox/Chrome both seem to handle them. This is not specific to a single site, it's more of a general issue that occurs across sites which have ads that open in new window/tab.

            Vlad It's roughly the same as Orion. I suspect it may be related to Chromium/Gecko dealing with these popups whereas WebKit does not
