Compact vertical tab bar does not have enough padding for window buttons

gagne-3

MacOS 27 (not an option when reporting a bug)

Set tabs to vertical tab mode, slide vertical tab bar to minimum width to just view tab icons, window buttons have an awkwardly small margin on the right side.

Adjust UI to better integrate window buttons when vertical tabs are in use. Firefox does this well in MacOS.
