Prime video error

Cant play the videos on my ipad from amazon prime sometimes it happens sometimes not. it says this video is unavailable

It should have played

And thank your for following up with your findings in Safari. With this, we can conclude this is either an issue with Prime Video website or with WebKit. Neither of which we can do much about unfortunately.
