Whenever I use the navigation arrows, they drop lower and only return to the normal vertically centered position when I hover over them again.
I'm using Golden Gate 27.0 (which is currently not an option in the bug report drop down). I'm also using the 'standard' tab layout.
I expect them not to move and always remaind vertically centered.
