Websites aren't rendered properly when using landscape mode on iPad

WIth the latest TestFlight build 1.5.3(5). Website rendering is broken. Here are some examples - Amazon before (1.5.3(4)) and with 1.5.3(5) and orion feedback with 1.5.3(5). These are on my iPad with iPadOS 27 RC.

Web sites should render normally.

Note I am using iPadOS 27RC which is not a choice on the drop down menu to the right.

Annoyingly I was not able to reproduce this on iPadOS 26 running Orion 1.5.3 (5). Both Amazon and this forum rendered as expected.

Do you have any extensions installed? Are you able to reproduce this 100% consistently?

I will not be able to test again until probably Tuesday.

The sequence for me was to update the TestFlight build and when I tried to browse any site I would either get a blank page like I posted for the feedback forums or a partial page like for Amazon.

I downgraded to the previous build and all worked fine.

I updated to test again and got the same behavior.

Reinstalled the last TF build and all is working.

So I suspect it is something between the RC version of iPadOS 27 and the 1.5.3(5) but will check again on Tuesday. Though that will be when 27 will be released.

Hey, I finished updating my iPad, and now I can reproduce the issue.
The issue appears to be related to iPadOS's landscape mode; everything worked as expected in portrait mode.

After the latest update on AppStore, my Orion browser only showed a fraction of the full page. Couldn’t figure out what happened.

Please tell me what I can do, such as deleting the app and downloading again or click a few buttons, otherwise the entire app cannot be used

After upgrading my iPad Pro (M4) to iPadOS 27.0, Orion has become unusable, rendering webpages only partially (see attached screenshot of Kagi sign-in page). There are no extensions installed, and I'm not seeing a problem when using Safari.

Here is what I believe is the debug information:

Hey! This is fixed on TestFlight and the same build should land on the App Store very soon.

Version 1.5.4 was just released to the App Store with a fix for this issue.

Since we're using staggered releases, it may take up to ₇ days for the build to appear as an automatic update for you. If you want to accelerate the process, open the Orion page on the App Store, or go to the "App Update" section of the App Store app and pull to refresh to fetch the latest app updates.
