A dedicated reading list accessed through control+command+2, and also being synced with iCloud, being part of the bookmarks file it will simply be invisible in the sidebar and only shown in the separate sidebar tab. It also needs to have the offline saving feature of Safari's reading list, be able to be cleared, have screnshot previews of the website, and finally have a small text summary just like Safari. Refer to Safari's reading list for more inspiration. sug

Like this, with the reading list and bookmarks being listed in a horizontal pane like in Safari 14, before Safari 15 changed everything.

Don't mind the arrow. This is an image from some forum site.

I think we already have this, it's the "Sidebar" icon when you customise the Toolbar:

          Reading list is planned soon

Fortrikka I apologise, I misread your post. Glad to see reading list is planned.

Merged 7 posts from Bookmarks sidebar reading list.
                11 days later

                Steps to reproduce:
Highlight a link, force touch/tap with 3 fingers to activate the "Look Up" menu, click "Add to Reading List" on the top right corner.

                Expected behavior:
It gets added to the (not yet existing) Reading List on Orion

                Orion, OS version; hardware type:
                Version 0.99.110-beta (WebKit 613.1.12)

                Image/Video:

Merged 1 post from "Add to Reading List" on "Look Up" on a link opens Safari.
