Changes to the Favorites shown on Orion's Start Page are not reflected immediately.
Steps to reproduce:
Open any website.
Press Command-D and add the website to Favorites.
Open the Orion Start Page.
The newly added favorite does not appear.
Quit and restart Orion.
The favorite now appears correctly.
The same problem occurs when deleting a favorite:
Right-click a favorite on the Start Page and select Delete.
The icon remains visible on the Start Page.
Quit and restart Orion.
The deleted favorite is now gone.
It appears that the Favorites data itself is being changed correctly, but the Start Page UI is not refreshing after favorites are added or removed.
Favorites on the Start Page should update immediately when a favorite is added or deleted, without requiring Orion to be restarted.
