Title: Download UI hangs / fails to cancel download; requires Force Quit
Summary
When attempting to cancel an in-progress download by clicking the stop/cancel button, the download UI continues to show the file as actively downloading. The process fails to terminate, requiring a complete macOS Force Quit of Orion to restore normal behavior.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to any website and initiate a file download.
- Immediately click the Stop / Cancel button in the Orion downloads list/popover.
- Observe the download progress UI.
Expected Result
The download terminates immediately, releases network/system resources, and updates the status to "Canceled."
Actual Result
The download progress indicator continues to display an active download state. The app becomes unresponsive regarding download tasks and must be force-quit.
