Bookmark sidebar drag and drop to start pgae

Currently dragging a website such as Reddit from the bookmarks sidebar to the start page does nothing. Safari does something on the other hand.

Fortrikka What is the expected behaviour?

Safari allows you to drag and drop websites from the Sidebar or Searchbar to the Favorites section of the homepage to add them as Favorite Bookmarks.
Safari allows you to rearrange Favorites by draging them,
Safari allows you to remove a website from favorites by just dragging and dropping outside of the window.
