For multiple websites, it seems that "Attach file" or "Attach an image/video" buttons or similar do not work i.e. nothing happens when clicking on them.
Example is this bug report form on orionfeedback.org. The box I am typing in has an "Attach an image/video" button, which does not work in 0.4.1.
File selection dialog box to appear, allowing one or more files to be selected for upload to website.
