Pin tab in unsave window showing up in saved tab group and very mess up

Compact tab
Have a saved tab group
Open a new window
Pin some tabs in the new window
- those pin tabs show up in saved tab group <-- ISSUE
- those pin tabs stop working on both side <-- ISSUE

This should not happen.
