iCloud Passwords is enabled in Orion, and the login ID is automatically filled correctly on websites such as Charles Schwab and thinkorswim.
However, the password field does not behave correctly.
In Safari, when I click on a password field, the iCloud Passwords suggestions normally appear directly in the field. In Orion, this does not happen.
Sometimes a grey autofill bar appears, but it contains no text or password suggestions.
The only reliable workaround is to manually open the iCloud Passwords extension from the toolbar. The first click often does nothing. After clicking again, the "Autofill – Use Touch ID" window appears. After authenticating with Touch ID, the password is finally inserted.
So the password manager itself works, but the inline/password-field autofill integration does not work correctly in Orion.
This happens on multiple websites, including Charles Schwab and thinkorswim.
Expected behavior:
Clicking the password field should immediately show the available iCloud Passwords credential, as it does in Safari.
Actual behavior:
No credential appears, or an empty grey autofill area appears. I have to manually invoke the iCloud Passwords extension and authenticate with Touch ID.
When clicking on a password field, the iCloud Passwords credential suggestion should appear automatically within the field, as it does in Safari. I should then be able to select the saved credential and authenticate with Touch ID if required, without having to manually open the iCloud Passwords extension.
