Address bar selection gets deselected on keyboard change

Steps to reproduce:

Tap the location bar, so the whole url is selected
Change keyboards
Selection is now cleared

Expected behavior:

In safari, the selection is kept. I’ve switched keyboards on that page a few times and when it deselects I end up appending searches to the end of my current webpage

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
1.0.3.107-beta, iOS 15.3, iPhone 13 mini

Something that might help debug is that this only seems to occur when you tap the url bar and it selects the url, not via manual selection
