jeurissen @nrudnyk the windowId for action popups and sidebar contexts are populated as well in Firefox. This is currently discussed in the webExtension w3c groups: https://github.com/w3c/webextensions/issues/1076
jeurissen @nrudnyk the WECG agreed to always populate the windowId for sidebars and extension popups.
