Live Stream on YouTube - Video "Stutters"

When viewing a live stream on YouTube the video "stutters" and won't continue. In other words, it gets stuck and then repeats a short section over and over (similar to a broken record).

For the stream to be able to play seamlessly like it does on FireFox, Brave or Safari.

Which macOS version are you using?

I need to check it out further to see if it happens with any live stream. There seems to be no issues with regular posted videos, just the ones that are live.
