Vertical tabs on mobile Orion

Vertical tabs from the desktop versions of Orion on mobile, specifically on larger screens like iPads.

I see someone using this the same way they would on desktop.

We already have a tab sidebar in iPad, like this, when tapping on the tabs button:

jeanetienne I was thinking more like how it is on macOS where you can choose to have a horizontal tab bar, a vertical tab sidebar, or a compact horizontal tab bar.
