Addition: "Download Tab" and "Download Other Tabs"

I came across the UI Safari/Orion has for PDFs again, and thought it's cumbersome to put the mouse in a specific spot to download a PDF. So here's an idea to make the interface less annoying:

More detail:

If the page is just a file extension (.mp3, .pdf ...), it'll be saved as such
If not a file extension, then an entire copy of the page with all its files are downloaded instead
