All Windows From Previous Session not preserved on upgrade to Orion 1.1

I just upgraded from Orion 1.0.4 to Orion 1.1 (I was holding back on updating my main Orion until the inability to use all of LinkedIn was resolved -- which it was in the latest 1.0.8) and my working session was lost.

That is none of the windows that were open before I installed using the Check for Updates method to install were restored even though I have "Orion opens with: All windows from last session". Additionally, I notice that if I open new windows and quit, it doesn't restore that new session but just opens with a blank window. All this had working seamlessly up until at least 1.0.4.

My expectation is that every time I quit and reopen Orion, it leaves me where I left off (aside from any server-side state limitations that are of course outsdie of Orion) if I have "Orion opens with: All windows from last session".

I am not seeing this fixed in 1.1.1. Not only was my previous session lost, Orion is not restoring newly created sessions even though I have 'All Windows from last session' selected.

The issue appears to be in restoring rather than saving. When I quit with several windows/tabs open, information about them is saved in browser_state.plist. They just aren't restored on open. Then if I quit after that, it overwrites with the new state -- which is blank since no windows were open since none were restored.

FYI, testing this feature on old versions I see that the last time it worked (at least on Catalina) was 143.4. Session restoration broke starting with 144.1.

Unfortunately 144.1 fixed window names Mojave - Monterey while LinkedIn usability was fixed somewhere around 1.0.8 so 143.4 isn't really usable.
