I've noticed that many cases where the app is suspended and resumes, either a restart, app closing, or suspend and resuming after time not loaded, a recently closed tab gets reopened. Typically I've only seen one recently closed tab be reopened when this happens.
This was observed in a session with a high number of tabs (70+) open.
Does not open a recently closed tab on resume.
