Dismiss keyboard when navigating to library item

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Enable Settings → Appearance → Start Page → Your Library.
Open a new tab.
Tap the address bar to spawn the keyboard (alternatively, have Settings → Tabs → Show Keyboard on New Tab enabled).
On the Start page, select either History or Reading List under Your Library.
Select any entry on those lists and tap it.
The tab opens, but it is covered by the Start page and keyboard.
Dismissing the keyboard by tapping X correctly shows the page content.

Expected behavior:
The behavior should be: tap on a history/reading list item → the tab opens without the user having to dismiss their keyboard.

Steps for reproducing the issue:

Enable Settings → Appearance → Start Page → Your Library
Enable Settings → Browsing → Open Bookmarks in a new tab
Open a new tab
Tap the address bar to spawn the keyboard
Select Your Library → Bookmarks → tap any entry
The bookmark opens, and the following issues are present:
- The keyboard remains open
- There is no way to dismiss the keyboard
- The address bar is pushed off the screen to the right

The broken behavior can be fixed by relaunching Orion or switching to landscape orientation.

The bookmark should open without the keyboard. The address bar shouldn't be pushed to the side.

I just confirmed that the fix for the first one fixes this issue too. I'll merge them.
