When trying to login to NYTimes.com using an AppleID, it just sits there and silently fails. I've turned off content blockers, intelligent tracking prevention, page tweaks, and turned on compatibility mode and set the user agent to Safari. Nothing shows up in Console, it just fails silently after doing the fingerprint thing.
it should just authenticate using my Apple ID and then redirect back to the NYTimes homepage, but logged in. It doesn't - it just sits on the Login page after the Apple ID popup has done its thing.
