Visual Bug in Start Page Swipe

While on the start page, holding the search bar and swiping to change tabs results in the start page and its contents appearing physically compressed throughout the swipe.

I expected the transition to be smooth, as it is when the tab isn’t the start page.

I think I understand what you mean, but I'm not 100% sure.
Do you mean that when you swipe the start page laterally to go to another tab, the content of the start page shifts downwards?
Could you provide a screen recording if possible?
